Firstly they will ask you to submit your one original marksheet at the time of joining. So that employee cannot just leave and go. Dont join marketing department here, as they have salary deductions if you do slight errors while processing Orders & to be honest their Marketing department is only data entry work in SAP. Seniors are not cooperative at all. So, acc. to me one should only join Marketing department here if he is in deep need otherwise one should look for another option....Read More
