Firstly FDDI is a worst payer in this segment. I worked for 6 years and still could not be able to define that in which profile I am exactly in !! Beside that I attained diversified experience in different dept. of FDDI, some good some bad. After devoting my valuable 6 years to this org. I am still getting handful of salary. They have so much good opportunities in the pipeline but they really do not know how to utilize those. They are heading VISION-LESS (long term goals) !
