Dislikes

Work load. No work life balance. Employee is treated like a servant. Very rude behaviour with employees. Employees opinions and ideas doesn't matters to them. Too much penalties are tere if you made any mistake during your work then either you have to hear very bad words or you have to pay penalties. Salary comes on 10th of the month which is too late. MD treat employees like servant , talk very rudely, I can't share words here. Even old employees are not getting respect there. No promotion is there even after you work 5 yr or 10 yr. No employee work there long time due to all above reasons. Think twice before you join. But haan jo apke sath work krne waale employee honge wo bht helping hai. If you have other opportunities also then Think thrice before you join foot on shoes....Read More
