I loved working there, In future if I get opportunity to work with, definitely I would love to join them again..I was an operation executive there n I got 2 appraisals that was really appreciable to me, work environment is really nice..... Salary, travel, learning everything is good

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
