The atmosphere of Foodpanda was very peaceful & relaxed. Company was focused on work. Rules and regulations was good.

They focus on work rather than work life balance and benefits. Appraisal policy was not good

It was very good experience to working in foodpanda and I have learnt so much and that experience is helping me so much for my growth as well as for my personal life.

As as as foodpanda company is considerd. I do not think there would be any thing which I was dislike. If there was that would only to loosing the company because process rammed down

Excellent support of seniors and most important thing is if you are doing your complete work on time and show your regularity with your boss then sure you will be getting appraisals and promotions. On regular basis IJP are being conducted.

Dislikes

There is zero work life balance just because of strict shifts.

Environment was good, teammates and TL was awesome.. company and hr team was very good.. but unfortunately company is in loss...so they as their employees to resign and provided 2 months salary as a compassionate ..
