It's one of the worst place to work, the place is good, some staff are also nice, but it's worst because of the management, including HOD of sorrentina,they don't look after to their staff well being,makes fake promises to their staff, they always have shortage of money, when it comes to staff salary, that's aslo because they don't have proper business operations plans, which can lead to profit,so they always have loss. Now I want to tell something about my experience with the (sorrentina by foodhall) company, during lockdown they did not give a single rupee to their staff, I can understand what was the situation going everywhere, (they say their is no business,so how can we give them salaries), but they should aslo understand that, the situation of the virus, came unknowingly to all others, so they should have aslo thought about staff situations, aleast the company should have given a small amount, for basic needs of their staff, but they didn't care that, basically their is no staff relation. I'm expressing what happened with me, leave it, I want to say many things but, what to say,if I say aslo is their gonna be any changes or improvement, I don't know? First of all, they are not calling me back to work,they have not even terminated me from work,so I don't have anything much to tell about work life
