Food Corporation of india Asia's second largest supply chain company owned by government of India is a PSU so the job security is high for perminant employees but for contract employee there is no job security,from my personal experience the work culture is so much positive the company has strict police's in every matter because ofits Government owned.As i am working in Finance I can learn a everything thing in finance the one of the greatest thing is it's vast accounts area and using top accounting software for its work so it has a word class standard and procedure in Another important thing is we can see every good skilled employees in the organisation in top level as well as in middle and lower level expect some people one of the greatest thing in finance is we can study every work even it's is payroll processing, Accounts Receivable,AP, contract Bill, Medical Bill, Finalization of Accounts,Bank Reconciliation, Rectification,Stock Audit, Transaction Audit,Even we can work with CAG auditors and study how they are working Finance department is Top notch.But payment for contract employee is little low....Read More

Internal politics is high in organisation 100 out of 2 women employees have the attitude they have achieved everything in there life because they are working in government sector they don't know how to behave with people and some department is handled by people with inadequate knowledge of what they are doing.

Handled payroll transactions. Preparations of income tax Statements and filing of income tax return.Making entries in oracle.Handled more than 200 peoples salary. Handled BRS and paying full transactions.
