The job is quite interesting .I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

You will get ample amount of opportunity to learn new things and implement. If you are interested in Marketing of Microsoft licensing you can do that, inside sales, technical support, video creation, O 365 trainer they can apply here it but this is not an organization for experienced person. You get good amount of bonus during diwali also company trips are organised 1-2 times in a year.

Dislikes

Team is very small so there is very much politics. You don't know where your career is heading towards there. Salary and increments are based on nothing they do it themselves and you may feel it as biased. After resignation the matter is personal so you may or may not get the salary of the last month you worked. There is no trainingfor technical support issues you have to learn yourself.
