Focustek has very good learning culture specially for the beginners. It works on the motto that if working persons are developed the company will automatically develop. It uses fingerprint security at entrance and also in respected departments. All departments are fully air conditioned even the packing area. Work Culture is also good. Yearly increment policy is available. Regular training is provided through internal and external source....Read More

Focustek has almost everything well managed except the time for staff level is not fixed. In time is fixed but off time may go upto 9 to 10 hrs.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
