To say, they did not support us but rather asked us to take a work break for April and May. Then we got a call from one of the managers to resign and look for other options for which they are ready to pay 1 month salary as compensation. Talking about the company, I really enjoyed keeping my self busy 24/7 and travelling all around. Work culture was pretty good. Career Growth is promising, for sure! But, the single most biggest problem I found was that an employee has to invest a lot from his side for the job role! Again, this is very personal, but yes. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
