As a fresher you get a great exposure and learn a lot. From being a fresher to become a pure professional, it hardly takes 6 months in here.

Your personal life will end as you might not be able to make a balance. It happens because most of the time you would be outside your city.

Work Details

Sometimes hectic, sometimes soothing. But you never no what is coming to you. Most of the time you will be intimated to go to some random city a day before. I just loved the learning process but I hated the immediate travel.

There was nothing as such that i liked here except theonline portal and tutor notes. I have been a trainer in Gurgaon centre of FACE for almost 5 months. My experience in Focus Aceademy was not at all satisfactory. The trainers here are not skilled and trained enough to deliver training sessions. The worst part is that they are trained on a particular topic just few days before ther are supposed to take the class. If students ask something that is beyond the capacity of trainers , they just divert the discussion to some other topic. The atmosphere here is completely filled with politics....Read More
