Needless to say, it's a great organisation to learn a lot of things from. The co-founders are great people to catch up with. There's a lot of discipline and organized manner of work that happens, which misses in almost every other company that is in this space! There are systems, there are rules, there are regulations, brilliantly built to bring out the best! Career Growth is promising, for sure! But, the single most biggest problem I found was that an employee has to invest a lot from his side for the job role! Again, this is very personal, but yes. If you stop investing from your side, the organisation will loose interest in you (might loose) Discipline and regulations sometimes go overboard, very inhumane and smothering ones! That's it!
