No job security. Preferance given to old people who zero knowledge regarding patient handling. Only thing which is most important in FMS old employee "ego". New recruited doctors should keep buttering them then only they can stay. Worst clinic head is Pallavi Sharma.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? 1)they Don't care about treatment, all they care about is reveue.If a patient has been assigned an hour no matter the case, they would stand on your head to tell you to finish the patient work fast. 2) .Their HR, Rohini just calls you at smallest of things and behaves as if they are the owner. A lot of travel is required!! What I didn't like about FMS was that even though I being from outside the state, I was misguided with wrong information before joining and when I claimed so to compensate something's with me, but the HR department did not consider and I had to face a huge loss for myself.
