I am part of a team that constantly innovates and develop great features. The company provides good work life balance. There is no micro management and you are free to interact with the higher management.

Dislikes

The company do not value the contribution by its employees, apart from few awards that are constantly given only for those working in client-facing teams. Compensation is below average. There is no salary normalisation either, and zero benefit for long term employees unless they hold another offer. Also there is no compensaton or help for setting up workstation at home due to the pandemic. No employee engagement activities since the pandemic....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
