I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to an exciting/forward thinking & fast moving company. Work Life balance as i love that i have a great degree to control and freedom within my job.

Dislikes

There's nothing i dislike about the job in particular. It's just that i feel i am not enough rewarded for the work i do for them. There is not rewarding way to employee monthly or quarterly basis on their work performance.

I joined Flyhomes as an intern. This is my first job & I'm happy that I feel comfortable here. Thought its from WFH, yet its giving feeling like as I'm working from office. Very well organized structure HR IT all are freely available. Virtual party, quarterly party scrums townhall meeting weekly meeting connect team as well as company in nice way. All colleague are very helpful. My Trainor is much excellent, teach everything in well manner. My manager is extremely good. Much professional as well as support in work life balance. The work culture is phenomenal. Work life balance along with the team leads supports you at every bits and corners.

The only thing I am concerned about is the long term growth and learning curve. I have been in the team for more than a year. I almost know everything my team does and I can perform that as well. Along with me there are 4-5 people who are at same level. Talking about being promoted. It seems to be a tough task as all of us perform same kind of job and responsibility. Nowadays, I don't know whether the companies turned up to give WFH permanently. But this company provides WFH permanently and the policies are fair and gives support to fulfill your requirements/infrastructure. And just wanted to say that it's a friendly company and work-life balance is too good.

Dislikes

The timings are like bit late-night shifts because it follows PST. if you've ever worked in these timings then it's not at all a prob/until you get adjusted. Apart from that everything goes smoother and more comfortable.

It is my first corporate job and I loved it. They give you a lot of freedom when comes to work you just have to complete your work on time and no one bothers you. The growth and culture are also great.

Well! It's been more than a year since I am a part of this great organization. The only thing I think this company is lacking is being more supportive towards their employees by giving them good appraisals & appreciation based on their quality, determination, and sincerity towards their work. Also when an individual or a team outperforms from there usual capability.

The odd timings of calls, meetings, off shifts and no leaves on weekends. Also the pay scale is very bad, as once they have received funding in 2020-2021 they have recruited new joiners with over double the salary of the existing employee with same and lesser work and the hard truth is that the existing employee has to mentor the newbie knowing their package.
