I didn't had any good experience while working there.

The management, the policies, the way they treat their employees, false promises of appraisal. And most important of all is the notice period of 60 "working" days (almost 3 months without a single leave/off) which gets extended while you are assigned to any project because 3 months wasn't enough to hand-over the KT to some other employee. And you won't be able to join other companies because no one waits for more than 3 months being on notice period as this happened with me. I got selected in a very good company but they said they will hire me only if I can negotiate the notice period because it was too long. And thus I lost my chance to work with that company....Read More
