i like in fluper ltd a working life,promotions and appraisal in every 6 month based on my performance. and my team leaders are also good he/she is always appreciate of my work and increase courage. fluper environment almost good 5 out of 5 rating of skill development,company culture ,work balance.

over all good but job security not give assurity.but i learn so many skill in a fluper ltd company.so i d'not says any thing about the fluper. Its good company in a noida

No professionalism 😅😂 and entertainment elements in office....!!!

Everything including Salary structure, fake promises, training process is zero, environment inside, no facilities, AC issue, system issue, management holds documents with no reason, holding and deducting salary with meaningless reason and many more things.... Being honest they can do much much and much more better and can earn good respect because some of the members are really giving their efforts in growth but due to some reasons employees are being unhappy....
