Worst Management of all times. You start office on time but they ask you to work late night almost every day. Even if you finish your work on time, you are given more work that is also to be completed immediately always so you have to work late for that as well. After all this at the time of appraisal you are told that you are not efficient enough so you won't get a good or any raise. And after separation you can forget about fnf and pending salary.
