- Worst HR practices - No ethics or integrity. False promises all the time - No development in terms of competencies. Extract your skills by sugar coating and false statements - Corporate slavery and if you want to know how it works, you can learn from day one in this company - If you work for more than 3years in this company, you will be a rusted iron block

HR driving business. Very high job insecurity. You will get promotion one month due to your performance and very next month you will be fired because of your position redundancy. Once this was a good company and many stood for many years. After management change post COVID ( pre COVID is also no exception), scenario is worst.
