I didn't like anything with FLsmidth as they have hired me on May'19 & Fired me on Jan'20 with the reason of result of buisness reshaping and to adapt to anticipated buisness levels for the year ahead.why they hired me along with others in May'19 if they wanted to redundant so many positions within 9 months. Being a MNC FLsmidth have to atleast two years growth plan for new employees which was told during joining but after 9 months,suddenly they were redundant so many positions in Jan'19 by giving 3 months salary....Read More

During interview & Before joining I was told like my job profile was 50% travelling at supplier place and 50% work from home but didn't happen during my tenure in FLsmidth, All the time i was traveled and took supplier visit and because of that I started to spent weekends(Saturday and Sunday)with my family.

I like the company standards and name as a global brand. The flexibility that it provides to the employees. The liberty that it gives to take decisions and do your own job. The leaves policy is tremendous. Management is visible and stays in touch with you. The procurement team is awesome. Team spirit is touching skies and the team leads are helpful like anything. The difference of attitudes between doers and non-doers is a huge contrast. There are lot of people who bring you a problem for every solution. Their problem lies with the fact that they have been working for a long long period with company and not ready to change with time.
