I love the fact that i was part of FLSmidth team. Since its a MNC and has global client base, one gets to travel a lot. The company culture is very supportive and friendly plus company has good benefits for the employees.

Dislikes

The travel is immense so your work life balance is totally disturbed, you just can't plan anything. The most important thing is there is no proper training, most of the times its like you are left alone in the battle field. The other issue is salary, Daily allowance should be increased a bit.

Work Details

I can say it was exciting in the sense you get to see new places meet new people, sometimes days go hectic when you have extra short time to complete the project. Overall a challenging work, because its your solo performance. Its great experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
