I worked here for 2 mon,and there is nothing to learn complete variable sal ,the customer should donate a certain amt so that you get commission in that , idk about rest might be the passion to do this but if you join here you'll be stuck here with a single penny .

My 1st day started @8:15 they initially tell us to work till 6 , but they have some stupid marketing concepts of goal hitting day where you do charity till 9pm.😂

They don't treat you well when you're not doing good enough. Plus they send you to work alone which worsens it. Ideally if you are not doing good you should be sent to work with some good senior but they don't do that. And at first they'll tell there are no goals and to focus on ppts but if you don't get the sales goals they'll end up deducting our salary. They're not legally allowed to do it as it's mentioned fixed salary in the offer letter and there are no clauses regarding salary deduction due to perfomance. I have recieved only 15k out of 25k and you spend so much money and time just on travelling. Think twice before joining such companies....Read More
