At Flowersgay Schools, we have a Record Management System where we (teachers) input the number of assignments given with the scores of the students at the end of every week.

Dislikes

There is no any good compensation, also indiscipline of the children is high. The work pressure is very high since I have to teach in four or more different classes in a day. But sometimes the parents do show appreciation for helping their children which is quite encouraging.
