Overall company provides good learning if you have the spirit to learn. Also in furnishings industry if you want to unlearn the things this would be the great company to work for. Dedication, hard work plus mix of smart work is the key to success here especially in front line sales.

Dislikes

Career succession planning should be more robust and detailed for each profile. HR needs to take more employees friendly initiatives to make it more enjoyable to upgrade the work culture like - TT or badminton or any other sports etc..

Work Details

Overall my work was more of operations related and less of sales. Management was very open to allow and plan for initiatives. It was very great learning experience for me to work here and also applied previous learning here which were appreciated well.
