Let me start off by saying that the people here listen to your feedback! I've been in the firm since almost 6 months and while it's great to work in firm which is quiet face paced and thriving. It also leads to a burnout at some point.

This was the case with the previous working cycle of 6 days! But with the few employee surveys, the management actually listened to the feedback shared and made it to alternate working Saturdays! The joy in the office was unprecedented!
