1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! I like its benifits, leave, team culture.

Dislikes

Internal management not bother about the employee's thought, and value. Managers are always prefer there references. Policy book is there but management are not want to here a single word from the employee's which are given in policy, untill higher managements are not involved.
