Company is innovative & adopts latest technologies. I love that to be a part of this company. It was a great experience to be a part of that team. The most important & the plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds & we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but I didn't get my weekly offs during my working period. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Working with Flipkart is terrible, whatever they say before joining and whatever I see after joining is completely opposite. They promise something else and give something else, be it working time, cab facility, work assignment. Top management is also not in good shape, nothing is systematic, nothing is in order.Very poor management as well as HR.
