Initially when it started the management was open to ideas and was a fun workplace with targets being fulfilled. Later, politics overshadowed and went for a toss

No job security, they will shoo you off anytime. No work life balance, if you work honestly you will get peanuts , you should be manipulative in order to move to the top and chill. One of the female manager had no empathy for another woman who was pregnant and loaded with work..

Very poor management... Even at mid night 12pm.. mangers will message on group is there any sale or not... Tooo much micro management.. you can't go for loo...or lunch.. But, if you leave the company.... And applied in new company the HR of flinto will give very bad feedback to you future company about you... My work life is hell. It is like if you want to breath then you have to took permission from manager.. Although, it is WFH but you have to switch on your cam, mic and even have to share you screen while working.. mangement will barge in your privacy..
