Hey, dont join this worthless organization. Both chennai and coimbatore are worst and tey simply fire long time working employees without any notice. All the assistant managers, managers are not even qualified engineers. and on top the Director/VP is worst. since he has his wife in pune, they opened new branch in pune and it failed miserably. if you are fresher don't join here even for sake of experience and for experienced if you want to ruin your career you can join here....Read More

Concerns with Market Revision and Promotion Practices Previous Experience and Skills Ignored: Employee evaluations do not consider prior experience or individual skill sets, leading to frustration and disengagement. Unfair Promotion Practices: Deserving candidates should be recognized based on merit and performance rather than having to request or “beg” for increments or promotions. No growth and can't survived in the competitive market post 4 plus years of experience here. Because a small work is done by 5 different teams. So we can't get end to end knowledge and you can't move to other team, as not as easier.

Flex is the worst company in my overall organization history. I don't know about other department's but GBS Procurement is the worst. I was there for period of 1.5 years as a procurement specialist. I It was very difficult days. I will mark them 0 rating for work ethics & culture. Flex specialty is drawn out the work of 4 peoples from single person & torcher to extreme level. In this modern year, they are using outdated ERP like BAAN & LN. The work structure is like to update 10-10 excel file on daily basis. Back to back meetings for unnecessary things & force to work beyond office hour to complete the work. Manager's acts as owner of company. It is mostly favorable organization for Chennai based people. Site foreigner treats Indian like slave & drawn out all the work from Indians. People waste their life & career by spending 5-8 years without promotion & increments & facing surprise lay off. I can write this much from my 8 Year's work experience & my current and all the organization culture. Really it was worst experience in flex....Read More
