Worst company to work with, with no growth full of politics especially teams working under Ramesh bandaru. Most of the Senior managers under him survive in flex only because of his blessings. If you're joining the procurement team please avoid Flex no growth no salary nothing and full of politics with undeserving people as leaders.One Senior Manager under Ramesh only hired female employees as a replacement for male employees who left Flex and kept on giving promotions only to female employees even though they didn't deserve them I asked him about the promotion and on what basis he was giving promotions also there are many talented and deserving male candidates in the team still he promoted only female employees when I asked him this, he added my name in the next layoff list as a nonperformer even though I got 5 times first ratings in my performance appraisals. without checking the background Ramesh approved it.
