Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. And if you are trying to leave then they smash you with 3 months notice even if you are on bench and try to rot you to satisfy ego. I work here for last 3 years and they didn't give any hike or promotion except you licking there shoes.
