Flex group is better than other film manufacturing company, Chairman is nice and decent person, thinks about their employee always.

No space for work life balance. Forced to work at holidays and not allowed to take leave granted in our bucket for a fiscal year. There will be no compensation for over time supports. Very less salary package comparing the market standard.
