Company Culture and colleagues. They will promote employees to learn some tools. Good performer will get awards and rewards by way of monetary.

Even though they promote, they wont provide access for you to practice the tools. They will track the employee activities and questions you. and lot of tools are there to track the employee quality and efficiency. Intense Collaboration in team and my supervisor. Due to some personal reason I resigned my job in Flex. Now personal problems are solved if flex give any opportunity to work I'm ready to join immediately.
