I am working in US based MNC in purchasing dept but my manager asked me to solve warehouse problem and due to this i am not able to gain knowledge about purchasing. After 2 years in purchasing dept I have knowledge about warehouse operations instead of purchasing and my manager will not allow to do purchasing work for at least 1 more year. Currently I am not a permanent employee, working on 2 years contract with CTC 3.60 LPA , In hand salary 25K in pune. Can i switch in warehouse in another company or to wait in purchasing for the next 2-3 years at same salary?

Company Culture and colleagues. They will promote employees to learn some tools. Good performer will get awards and rewards by way of monetary.

Even though they promote, they wont provide access for you to practice the tools. They will track the employee activities and questions you. and lot of tools are there to track the employee quality and efficiency. (Depends on the team) One among the main thing is, 90 days Notice period. even though buy out/early relieve is in their policy, they wont even allow. Intense Collaboration in team and my supervisor. Due to some personal reason I resigned my job in Flex. Now personal problems are solved if flex give any opportunity to work I'm ready to join immediately.
