Recently there were no much hike in Salary and Promotions also become far from reachable. Even though hybrid work model now a days they are very much strict and making everyone to come to office for atleast 10 days

Chennai Teams and specially the leaders (MDM) are harassing the employees and would make you feel worthless. Team members actively support chennai team mates and have zero professionalism. Managers (GC) and Assistant manager (SM) have a record of mentally harassing employees, male and females both. No action would be taken against them even by the HR after the serious complains.

Never join this company you are good talent in IT. Here at senior management level people complete average 13-15 years and now they became each other's buddies and now they ruling and oppressive juniors. In Covid lot of senior management left and new director and VPs prmote there shoe licking basterds. Don't join manager here thing they are king and have huge ego. If you are Telented person then it is will be nightmare for you and if you are SOP guy then it is best for you. Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. And if you are trying to leave then they smash you with 3 months notice even if you are on bench and try to rot you to satisfy ego. I work here for last 3 years and they didn't give any hike or promotion except you licking there shoes. Please don't join this company now this senior management basterds are here for 10 years more and they are not going until thie retirement and this basterds also don't have any technical IT skills. No increment in 2024 for all due financial, where in reven and sales report company is growing YoY basis. Pune location office is set to be on backfoot for any development, increment and promotions. Might plan for closure or shifting to different city. Growth plan is very minimal or limited for mid-senior level position.
