It was interesting. In starting it seems to be tuff but ones you start loving your job it will be harder to leave and easier to begin with...there is no limit of learning . N working over here makes us feel different about this world...like in own world.

Work environment is good. The work culture average and management is transparent. In a year there is alcohol, confectionery and P&C training held of different brand. Company policies are fair and they give good salary & bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues in time. Career growth is very much slow.

Work Details

I learnt so many things on the job. I got a chance to work as generic staff, cashier, Brand representative, team handling, register maintaining etc that helped me get a taste of different roles.The job is quite interesting .
