I have been happily working at chennai airport warehouse over 2 1/2 years. After that i got transfer to Flemingo HUB warehouse ( Chennai ). Where i dont have interest to work with the Hub warehouse manager.. I have told to my airport warehouse manager that i dont have interest to work at HUB warehouse and personally told to the Hub warehouse manager that am not interested in working at Hub warehouse.. Instead of that my opinion this person ( HUB Manager) he spoke to the senior manager and other management person and he pulled me to work at Hub warehouse and i was working for 6 months in hub warehouse where i was not happy with the manager and team members. This was my worst experience in career.... From my experience working at Hub warehouse and with the HUB manager i suggest to others this is not the right to place to work......Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
