Fully enjoyed the duration working, lot of people help and support. Fleetx. Io is startup company, in future will grow. Management's it is very helpful. When I join the company no policy, after 2 year lot of policy implementation by HR and Finance.

Sometime they call and say that by doing this work. There is no time, it was difficult for me to work,be employee leave or outside Woking hours.

Unstructured Management & Unrealistic Expectations The leadership lacks clarity in hiring and work allocation. The one person who is sitting in the company office will play the politics and management also supports him only coming to the straight point if you want the job for 2-3 months will join or else you will spoil your career and again coming to the straight point 1 person has spoiled lot pf people’s career

Initially when joined there seemed lot of opprtunity of getting exposure but as few months passed tge true colors of company came right in front

1. Leaders - who hardly have leadership skills and are not even open to learning 2. Culture- Hr does fake ratings promotion to get good reviews so they can hire new people easily and thts bluff cus the attrition rate is pretty high 3. They have grown in number by just increasing quantity with no or least rettion of customers Pepole should go for next illion or wheelseye or other option rather than wasting and getting trapped in their contracts … which they do Dont join this organisation if you are looking for stable long term growth For 6 month stint its good to get exposure And the sales cofounder just talks shit with no knowledge of sales capabillity building...Read More
