The only like is our department head.

The founders does not respect their employee be it junior staff or the leadership. The employees are ill-treated and disrespected. There is no office decorum, management will start shouting at anyone on the floor only. Visionless higher management with unrealistic approach towards business and people. The company is progressing adversely, moving from bad to worst work culture in high speed.

They bring in employees without a clear understanding of their roles, expecting them to fix years of mismanagement in just a few months—with little to no training. Initially when joined there seemed lot of opprtunity of getting exposure but as few months passed tge true colors of company came right in front

1. Leaders - who hardly have leadership skills and are not even open to learning 2. Culture- Hr does fake ratings promotion to get good reviews so they can hire new people easily and thts bluff cus the attrition rate is pretty high 3.
