KRAs are not fixed here, being a customer success manager we also have to bother about sales target whearas there is a seperate sales structure who will grasp your potential sales from existing clients also. Only sales people are valuable for organization others are not doing anything for them whereas CS team is holding those clients who are key stakes to generate revenue.
