Planning and execution: Work is majorly in a last minute rush to hit targets, otherwise people don't know what to do. Worklife balance: This is sort of a mirage, because of last minute prioritization you are always expected to work late and deliver things ( on normal days it is already tough as the UK team creates a plan and remembers around 7PM IST that something critical has to go out) Growth: You aren't working on anything fancy in tech, everything is an already solved problem, the reason why it takes time is because of unresponsive seniors and no effort in making the codebase manageable. CTO: Lacks basic human empathy and decency, only knows to treat people like shit get work done. Lacks any vision for the product and clearly visible in his thoughts and future planning....Read More

Nothing is there to like they actually treat engineers like a labour Only thing that is good is no hierarchy of management

No work life balance no good opportunities the company doesn’t want to spend on employee development They never want to take care of employee, Only thing is work work work HR is not even there to question about increment & salary HR not even take part for the cultural or fun activities Even bpo company think more about employees thn this
