It is good company .first time starting is low level to higer level .and first important good communication between worker and staff member.

Dislikes

Maximum rule and regulation are very good.but most important food quality is very low. And canteen food is poor and canteen workers work is not responsible person.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
