Some of things are good and some of are very bad. but they recruit everyone not graduates but also failed workers. which i personally feels its good for people who are struggling so hard in their lives. there is no differentiation in between graduates and not graduates.

monotonous work process, wages are poor, week off are less, food is worsted, some bad behaviour of supervisors and guards . some law's are bad.
