Very Bad company culture managed by two partners who have a different thinking and mindset. No job security and company does not care about their employees and there has been more than few instances wherein employees where fired same day especially from marketing team. No growth and the owners disrespect their employee and does not treat them properly.

Growth is very slow. Not favorable working condition. Negative and depressing work culture.

Generally speaking things seem to be very good initially later you are given work that was no where in your JD and then you are expected to perform well in that and if not you are been criticized and insulted regularly for that.
