Manager - ( PCR & Specialty Polymers )

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for expanding designated existing business of specialty products & implementing the required targets/measures as per management vision.
• Develop designated new products and customers pan India.
• Manage and develop the existing business of recycled Polymers (PCR); interact with Brands (Global and Indian) and their Tier 1 processors on technical matters, business development, and sales.
• Identify changes in business dynamics, marketplace opportunities, competitive threats, supply position, etc.
• Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.

Preferred candidate profile

The primary accountabilities of the above person are to Identify new business opportunities and implement the required targets/measures to successfully market the products of company principals in India, including managing local ex-stock sales.

• Bachelors degree in Plastics / Polymer Technology with a minimum 3-7 years of experience in sales (alternately Bachelor in Science + Diploma from CIPET).
• Familiarity with Speciality Polymers, PCR (Post Consumer Recycled Plastics ), and the plastics recycling process is highly advantageous.
• Preferable with at least 2 years in technical selling,
• Highly motivated with a sales-oriented personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and ability to communicate with Foreign Principals / Brand Managers is highly desirable.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player & willing to travel all over India
• Residing in Mumbai or adjoining areas.
