The company is purely lap product company and NIP based. Fivestar superior based is very good, Fivestar company NPA less then 5%.I learned lot of qulities in Five star.

The colection pressure is very high, Managers do not value an indiduals unique strenth, there is no proparly training for job freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain some times

Generally speaking my work is marketing ,and team management .Pitching for my company as a marketers get trining and the task is slightly repetative.As long as i get to work closely with the customer ,it ill be great learning experiance.
