The place is good for a starter/fresher, it's ok, if you get to start here but not as an experienced person with 4+years experience. Some corporate benefits are available.

Dislikes

They will not increase your salary for years and expect you to perform better. They don't want to promote people who are working, instead want to select talent from outside so that they can negotiate the salary. The company has edgy people who want to you to do their work and garner the credit for it. The top management wants to only have people who are yes men around them. I was hired by the organisation and laid off within 2 months without letting me know the exact reason for the layoff. When I asked the so called HR the reason, she said it is the decesion of the management. I mean what kind of organisation operates like this. They just played with my career.
