The place is good for a starter/fresher, it's ok, if you get to start here but not as an experienced person with 4+years experience. Some corporate benefits are available.

Dislikes

They will not increase your salary for years and expect you to perform better. They don't want to promote people who are working, instead want to select talent from outside so that they can negotiate the salary. The company has edgy people who want to you to do their work and garner the credit for it. The top management wants to only have people who are yes men around them. The Founder & Co-founder have sold the company to Cult Fit and are not bothered about the place. Work - Life - Balance is negligible, while the people are simply trying to put you down....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
