Fisher and Paykel India---- Nothing good about company. Worst.

Worst experience working with Fisher and Paykel. Salary component is not according to market. Higher management including HR is not good. Their decision-making processes lack transparency, consistency, and proper evaluation of the potential consequences. The absence of employee-friendly policies and practice which hinder overall job satisfaction. F&P is good Company and best products in Neonatal Division.World class products. Salary package is good, travel policy is also good.

Dislikes

I feel most of the employees are doing his job only with yes sir- yes sir behaviour. which is not good for any company.

I work with FNP approx 5year and 4 month .This is good experience.i learned louts of things from company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
