Worst experience working with Fisher and Paykel. Salary component is not according to market. Higher management including HR is not good. Their decision-making processes lack transparency, consistency, and proper evaluation of the potential consequences. The absence of employee-friendly policies and practice which hinder overall jobsatisfaction. Fantastic place to work. Great company culture and perks. The company really takes care of its people. Work pressure is low. The campus is beautiful with ample free parking. Lots of food options in the different cafeterias. Access to all the latest modelshop equipment. Rewarding work.

Dislikes

The only con is that promotions are not done in a consistent manner. Visibility to upper management matters a lot. One could spend years in a junior role.
