I can say if you join as a fresher you can learn in depth knowledge about your domain with lot of pressure

In this organization, the basic salary ranges from 15-20k, but the work pressure is extremely high. Employees are often expected to handle tasks suitable for those with 2-3 years of experience. The CEO demands quick task completion, and failure to meet expectations may result in termination. Proper increments and leave are rarely provided. If you request a salary hike, the CEO often dismisses it, claiming your work is not up to the mark. Leave requests are frequently denied with excuses like exceeding the allowed holidays. The company offers no proper benefits, and even deductions like PF contributions are often not reflected in your PF account. The environment fosters fear among employees, forcing them to work under pressure without fair treatment....Read More
